In the second part of my reading of the book "happier" I agree with the author when he said we have to enjoy our life now and do not let the future steals your happiness when you think about it. I will try to be happy so I am going to enjoy my time now and have a goal to achieve it. We have to understand that there is no time for happiness in our life and it do not come by itself so we have to create our happiness by ourselves.
This sounds like a good way to describe the goal of the author. I hope you keep finding it useful
