In the second chapter of Happier the author mentions that people seek for happiness everywhere and some of them take drugs in order to get happiness and that shocked me. I do not understand how people don't feel happy when the get every thing without any work or when they have every thing ready for them. It is hard to me to forgo the present in order to get my goal in the future.
